The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced product marketing director for FullBloom’s K-12 Professional Development offerings. A person whose product marketing expertise and background lead to successful development of compelling product value propositions in a competitive market. A strategic thinker who can build go-to-market plans and guide a unified and integrated execution plan amongst the marketing and sales team to enable business growth and market adoption. A strong communicator with experience in cross team collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders. A strong understanding for the k-12 education market and understanding of services-based product offering is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Competitive candidates will have strong previous product marketing experience with preference given to experience in K-12 education industry. Responsibilities and expectations include but not limited to:
  • Create product positioning and messaging with clarity of target customers and competitive market intelligence.
  • Plan and drive execution of the GTM strategy as well as product/feature launch strategies.
  • Work with product team on product roadmap, pricing and promotional strategies
  • Conduct user research (qual/quant) to understand customer pain points and goals. Ability to translate these insights for building marketing plans as well as translate for internal product teams to support roadmap development and feature prioritization.
  • Work with broader marketing team to drive marketing and sales campaigns with winning/differentiated narrative.
  • Create strong sales enablement resources and support sales team training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience developing competitive product positioning and winning go- to market strategies for business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and develop insights from market trends and customer and competitive intelligence.
  • Exceptional collaborating and communication skills to work with various leadership and roles across divisions and business lines. Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences; effective written communications
  • Experience in US K-12 industry and/or SaaS platform solutions.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-pace, with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple demands and prioritize work independently.
