About this opportunity

As a Dental Regional Manager you will be part of our smart, diverse and fast-moving team that is moving an industry forward, from analog to digital. With your commercial leadership and management skills you will direct a commercial region responsible for selling and implementing Invisalign and iTero intraoral scanners with customers. Your goal is to lead your team to drive the expansion and adoption of the Align Digital Platform - an integrated suite of proprietary technologies and services delivered as a seamless end-to-end solution to customers, to transform smiles and change lives.

Together your team will support dental customers to modernize practices and provide high-quality restorative, orthodontic and dental hygiene care to their patients.

In this role, you will…

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of approximately 8-12 sales and clinical implementation professionals towards achieving Invisalign and iTero sales and profit goals for your region through development and execution of sales strategies and programs
  • Hire and train all sales and clinical representatives within the region to develop a high-performance team
  • Evaluate and coach your team through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback, and the analysis of data
  • Direct the partnership and collaboration of sellers and clinical implementation team within the region to maximize customer experience and ongoing promotion of Align solutions

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience or 4 years of Align sales experience
  • Previous experience in sales management from a medical device company, preferred
  • Documented track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in sales including coaching/developing sales representatives
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
  • Travel Requirements – extensive travel required within your region, which may include overnight travel
