QED Technology Resources is Hiring a Remote Client Services Manager - Consultant
Job Overview:
Responsible for high-level relationship management, marketing plan execution and acts as client liaison both internally and externally.
Ensures client satisfaction with various initiatives including: email programs, social media campaigns, and in-person and virtual events.
Manage and implementation of scheduled meetings within targeted dates, ensuring budgets are met according to contractual agreements.
Consults with Project Managers on project status to help ensure timely deliverables.
Works to grow the client relationship by cultivating lead generation and future projects.
Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s needs. This includes event and sponsorship management, creative projects, and follow-up reporting.
This is a consulting position. Initial 1-year assignment with the possibility to extend. Remote Position - Prefers EST timezone but CST, MST, and PST are okay. Responsibilities:
Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area.
Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.
Communicates with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures
Identifies and addresses changes within own job area
Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results.
Assist in developing marketing content and collateral – e.g., blog posts, one-pagers, infographics, presentations with key differentials in the industry.
Write copy for marketing communications utilizing brand voice and with excellent grammar, spelling, and clarity.
Optimize marketing emails for both mobile and desktop.
Design email campaigns & set up email automation.
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
Optimize & improve email campaigns and automated flows on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the Marcom team on the development of graphics and other materials required.
Continuously look for ways to drive efficiencies in the process while maintaining high quality and brand strength.
Project manage all aspects of the marketing plans to deliver on time and within budget all activities, including design, demos, customer meetings, CRM input, sponsorships and leads captured.
Lead and manage meetings that gather requirements, goals, metrics and messages.
