Who you are You’re an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional. You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish. As a Valuation Associate, you’ll apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research, organize market and property information, and perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.). You’ll work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes. What you bring Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards certified general licenses. An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real-estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree. Strong communication skills. Bonus skills and experience Experience with Argus Enterprise. 1-3 years of work experience in commercial real estate. Strong analytical skills with deft attention to detail. What success looks like You are a self-starter who takes the initiative to work proactively on assignment related tasks. You contribute to the valuation process by identifying errors, compliance issues and other anomalies.
