Position Title: Remote - Nutrition / Dietary - Business Architect

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: May

Expected Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension.

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite

Pay Range: $75/Hr - $100/Hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

1. Experience with USDA Recipe nutrient and allergen tracking, reporting, and labelling.

2. Knowledge of Daily Values, Diet Types, Recommended Dietary Intake

Main Responsibilities:

Food industry resource with experience in Nutrition and Dietary tracking. Recipe management for Hospitals, Higher Ed institutions, Hospitality business model.
