Position Summary
The Information Technology group maintains the computer hardware and networks of McCormick Taylor. Our goal is to provide our end users prompt technical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of technology throughout the company. Under the direction of the Senior Technician and using established processes and procedures, the Technician II will triage and resolve end user trouble tickets submitted through a web-based HelpDesk platform. This is a hybrid position, with the ability to work both in-person and remote. This position is expected to have multiple days per week in-person. Technical support to end users is provided both onsite and remotely over the phone, chat or via email. This position also monitors and maintains company computer systems including the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals.
