As an Executive Administrative Partner at Telesign, your role is to partner with 2-3 Executives to help support the day-to-day administration and operations. You'll work hand in hand to ensure that the administration & strategic needs of the leader are prioritized and supported. This role is crucial in Telesign's overall global success!

Please note: This person will need to be based in Los Angeles, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive's day to day
  • Manage all aspects of their calendar across internal and external engagements
  • Identify the needs of your executive, proactively provide strategic thoughts and solutions and drive focus and accountability
  • Work with your executive and other team members to create agendas and content for key meetings, while also developing critical action items and next steps
  • Book complex travel arrangements
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the leadership team, providing support and expertise as needed
  • Proactively support & drive the Teams OKRs
  • Be deep in detail of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly priorities
  • Attend key meetings and track follow-ups and deliverables in partnership with the executive
  • Support Large Scale logistical projects
  • Organize and plan internal and external events: Dept. All-Hands, Team building events, Leadership off-sites, Conferences, etc.
  • Take ownership of key initiatives, helping the teams reach their highest potential.
  • Leading ADHOC projects

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting at the SVP/C-Level, with project organization experience preferred
  • Strategic thinker & strong judgement
  • Super organized, great at multitasking
  • Needs to be flexible, as demands change constantly and quickly
  • Able to keep calm under pressure & in an ambiguous environment
  • Expert prioritization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with little guidance - able to troubleshoot and 'figure things out'
  • Ability to demonstrate expert professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Bias for action
  • Strong collaboration and superb listening skills

About the Role:

We consider many different factors to determine your compensation package at Telesign. We assess your specific job family, level, relevant skills, experience, location and other special trainings, experiences, or accomplishments you bring to the position. Pay decisions are also guided by our financial means as well as analyzed against what others earn internally. We strive to pay competitively and offer market differentiated benefits and perquisites in line with our compensation philosophy. Telesign's good faith estimate for this position is $63,000 - $120,100 bonus benefits. This range is a reflection of many similar like positions and your actual compensation may not be at the high or low end of the range but will be based on your unique skills and other criteria mentioned.
