Customer Support Representative I
6 Month Contract
Remote Position
Join the team as a Call Center Representative, supporting inbound phone calls and emails in a contact center environment. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service support and contribute to our mission of delivering clarity to our clients governance, risk, and transparency challenges.The shift will be 10:30am - 7pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and delivery systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with company standards.
• Respond quickly to client and consumer issues, completing tasks efficiently.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Study for and pass the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certification exam.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible, enthusiastic, and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
• Experience in customer service and call center roles preferred.
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Availability for on-call after-hours support as needed.
• Ability to sit for long periods in front of a computer screen.
