EMS is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Inside Sales Rep with a positive, can-do attitude. This individual will be joining a talented and successful sales team where you will always be guaranteed to have support. This exciting opportunity is truly inside sales, you will be generating B2B sales by following up with Inbound Leads.

This Inside Sales Representative Position Includes:

● Full-time employment

Job Responsibilities

First and foremost, you must complete EMS’ training so that you are able to represent the EMS brand and succeed in your position.

A successful Inside Sales Representative must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

Your ultimate goal is to promote business growth by expanding EMS’ clientele. This will be done by promoting a positive customer experience and diligently closing inbound leads by utilizing EMS’ proven sales techniques.

We will provide you with actionable daily benchmarks to hit so you can meet your sales goals each and every month.
