vereco is Hiring a Remote Solutions Analyst
As a Solutions Analyst, you will travel to national worksites to conduct inventory, financial and operational analyses. You will impact the business by using your analyses to help develop financial and fleet proposals to win new business
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collect client financial data (i.e. invoices, inventory lists, contracts, etc.) to calculate and interpret historical financial costs
- Improves profitability through analyzing results, monitoring variances, & identifying trends.
- Identify service and supply vendor processes during onsite assessment
- Identifies project requirements by analyzing operations, determining project scope, preparing customer contracts, and sending cancellation letters.
- Coordinates with operational and billing teams to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Assists with the preparation, facilitation, & documentation of equipment leases
- Act as onsite or remote project coordinator and ensure projects meet deadlines by working with internal and external resources
- Recommends actions by interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
- Create and analyze various reports into a meaningful format (i.e. fleet replacement schedule, 5-year proforma, etc.)
- Analyze invoices, vendor summaries, and purchasing summaries, and other data for quality and integrity.
- Maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data, including, but not limited to Creating and maintaining files, SOPs, templates, and records
- Develop and foster relationships both internally and externally with client staff
- Develop presentation and reporting materials for sales and operational finance.
- Frequent national travel (up to 50%) to help support sales teams and project implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent years of experience, analyzing and assessing large data sets and making financial projections, analyses, and defining operational scope.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analyst role
- Highly proficient in Excel, creating reports, including, but not limited to pivot tables, vlookups, formulas
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrates the following competencies: excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
- Project coordination experience is a plus
Various immunizations and/or medical testing may be required at the company's expense as a condition of employment for any positions that work on-site regularly in a hospital or medical setting
