The Vendor Management Specialist will work with a Consulting Team Lead and will be responsible for the performance and completion of Vendor Management-as-a-Service (VMaaS) engagements, including reporting the status of VMaaS contract fulfillment and documenting reviewed information within SBS’s proprietary Risk Management Platform (TRAC).

What to Expect
In this role, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
Ensure high-quality interactions, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain communication with Consulting Team Lead and other team members.
Setup of vendors in TRAC including inventory, documentation uploads, requirements, etc.
Performance of vendor risk assessment processes
Performance of vendor due diligence reviews, including review of System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports or other audit reports
Hold client discussions or exit meetings upon completion of vendor reviews (where applicable)
Complete VMaaS status reports monthly or quarterly depending on the client.
Schedule and complete meetings with VMaaS clients as dictated by contract.
Perform or assist with vendor selection projects (where applicable)
Input relevant data into TRAC.
Stay current on regulatory requirements and emerging threats regarding vendor management.

Additional Details:
This is a full-time position. This role would require occasional travel. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or tight deadline.
