What to Expect

In this role, you will:

• Engage in meticulous design, coding, optimization, and unit testing, culmination in streamlined code deployment.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to solution implementation, leveraging agile practices like Scrum, TDD, and BDD

• Conduct thorough reviews and offer constructive feedback on peer code contributions.

• Aid the team in resolving intricate issues, providing guidance, and fostering a learning environment among peers.

• Critically evaluate peer designs, swiftly address bugs, and troubleshoot operational hurdles.

• Generate comprehensive specifications and maintain detailed documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• A 2 or 4-year degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in software development required.

• Working knowledge in programming languages and technologies is required. (C#, SQL, JSON, or.Net)

• Experience with or knowledge of AI preferred.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time position. This role would require occasional travel. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or tight deadline.
