WebstaurantStore, a division of Clark Associates, is looking for candidates who possess strong management and organization skills to join our growing company as a Design Project Manager. This role works closely with our Internal Tools Design team to manage a wide variety of design and front-end development projects across multiple teams. Design Project Managers communicate and coordinate with Design Managers and other departments to plan and complete projects.

Duties:

• Manage, organize, and respond to emails in our project inbox
• Track, update and provide ETA’s on projects
• Create and write requirements for Internal Tools Design projects
• Measure and track all tickets and projects for the Internal Tools Design department
• Act as a liaison between the Internal Tools Design team and other departments or Clark businesses
• Maintain business knowledge of design, front-end development, and JS teams
• Assist managers in estimating and scheduling work
• Attend virtual meetings and remain aware of/adapt to project developments

Our Hiring Process has 3 levels:

• A phone interview with a Manager or Director to chat about the company, position, and most importantly, learn more about you. We’ll contact you after to schedule the next round of interviews or let you know if we don’t think you’re the right fit.
• A panel interview with a Manager, Director of Design, and member of the team. We will ask you questions relating to your skillset and general questions to assess communication skills and how well you align with our core values.
• A final interview with the VP of Design. We’ll either make you an offer, or let you know if we feel that you are not a good fit.

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
• Access to a home router and modem.
• A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
• A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
• The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
