Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Insurance ( 440 LICENSE). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions

- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues or concerns

- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills)

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

- Spanish language proficiency is a plus (multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
