The Director, Field Sales West will provide leadership and coaching to the 6 current Business Development Managers and Associates in the western part of the US. This person will be responsible for hiring, training, developing and leading the team, create goals, provide coaching and accountability to the team. In addition this person will also be responsible for developing a strategy to drive revenue growth by expanding our market presence as well as manage higher level relationships within our National Accounts in the West region.
