Job Summary:

The VIE Ability inside sales rep position is responsible for managing and growing sales revenue and margins in support of increasing VIE Ability’s mission and impact. This position will be primarily inside sales but may need an occasional live meeting as the business changes. This position will work collaboratively with the marketing department, operations team, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Sales priorities of this individual may shift with evolving business needs. The role also provides new appointment setting for the outside so outbound cold calling is mandatory.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leads inside sales initiatives to increase VIE Ability’s customer base and revenue.
• New appointments are set through outbound cold calling.
• Assists in tours at the Hornbeck and/or Gilbert locations as needed.
• Represent VIE Ability at local events and with networking groups.
• Achieves target sales, growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Performs analyses of customer data to determine trends and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintains documentation to provide accurate, timely reporting of sales efforts.
• Collaborates with marketing team to develop appropriate sales and marketing materials including product sheets and flyers to effectively promote agency products and services.
• Completes other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Active listening skills; able to identify customer needs and perspectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to attend quarterly meetings in the Cincinnati area.
