About the Job

We are seeking an Associate to join our Research and Portfolio Management team. You will be crucial in supporting the firm’s accelerating growth by identifying, building, and supporting market-defining healthcare companies from the ground up. You will report to the Senior Director of New Ventures and collaborate with team members across Research, Fundraising, Talent, Legal, and more!

What You Will Do

• Support business model formation, go-to-market strategy development, strategic partnership, and investment support
• Spearhead industry research, analyze markets and trends, and perform competitive analyses to identify disruption opportunities in the healthcare industry
• Develop close relationships with Founders, CEOs, and other leaders of our operating companies, providing expertise in strategic finance and capital raising
• Create detailed operating budgets, model scenarios for cash management, and strategic planning
• Lead select Redesign Health platform initiatives and assess creative strategies for growth and scaling

What You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree with a record of high academic achievement
• You have 2 years of combined experience within investment banking, growth equity, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, management consulting, or similar
• You have prior Healthcare experience

What you will bring to the table

• You have fluency in business model analysis, investment thesis development, and are experienced in financial modeling and valuation
• You are experienced in leading work with minimal oversight and with strong attention to detail
