Job Overview:*
A potential six figure work at home opportunity with plenty of room for growth. We're currently hiring exceptional Inside Sales representatives to work remotely. As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating the initial connection with our clients over the phone to coordinate appointments for our solar consultants in the field. As you progress in your career with Momentum, there will be opportunities in management, transferring to other departments, or promotion to becoming a solar consultant within our sales division.
Momentum prides itself in offering you all the necessary tools to succeed in your current and future roles. You will go through an intensive 2–3-week training course covering all aspects of the job, while also attending continuous retraining and daily call reviews provided by your supervisor. As you grow in your lead generation skills, you will be provided opportunities to transition from our entry-level team to one of our veteran teams. Transitioning to a higher tiered team allows you to increase your earning potential and the foundational education needed for career growth.
