The Digital Workplace Team is expanding and now hiring a Desktop Support Specialist role! You’ll work in our Fort Worth, Texas location and report to the Digital Workplace Manager. Our Desktop Support team, part of the larger Digital Workplace department, ensures that every employee has seamless access to the technology they rely on. If you're passionate about helping others, solving problems, and working with technology, we'd love for you to join us.
As an entry-level Desktop Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for all desktop-related issues within our organization. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, troubleshoot interesting challenges, and directly contribute to the productivity and satisfaction of the team. We understand that you might be at or near the beginning of your career, and we're committed to supporting your growth and learning in this role.
