The Human Resources (HR) Recruiter reports directly to the HR Director and supports all facets of HR day-to-day operations. This position must maintain the highest degree of integrity, trust and confidence and must adhere to and practices core values of ownership, passion, honesty, and respect in every facet of the position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the Talent Acquisition Process; prepare job postings, review job applications, performs screening, scheduling, interviewing, on-boarding, orientation and reporting
  • Navigate and maintain HRIS System
  • Prepare materials such as new hire packets and exit interviews
  • Ensure all employee new hire paperwork is completed
  • Assists with preparation of HR reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and to communicate with various levels of management, establish work priorities and to work independently
  • Understand company benefits and can share and communicate information to candidates and employees
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with office and production employees
  • Supports overall company Employee Health and Safety
  • Supports company training programs
  • Ability to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and deal effectively under pressure
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven skills in HR office management systems including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven skills in Specific HR processes and procedures including HRIS, Payroll, Employee Relations, Health and Safety and training and desire to grow in areas not yet proficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, ability to deal with pressure and multiple priorities
  • Team player showing core values of ownership, passion, honesty, and respect


Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Three years of proven experience in HR function

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
