What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Health Care Manager with Imagine Pediatrics, you will work with the families of medically complex children providing case management services in accordance with Case Management Society of American (CMSA) Standards of Practice for members enrolled in Imagine Pediatrics behavioral health program. You leverage an integrated technology platform and are complimented by an entire interdisciplinary team including MDs, APPs, RNs, CTAs, mental health therapists, community health navigators, pharmacists, and dietitians.
