Qualifications

Must be native-level in English (Bilingual is a plus)

Strong sales or marketing background is preferred (but not required).

Strong communication skills. 

Responsibilities 

Research and book reservations and travel accommodations for corporate groups.

Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the travel industry. 

Resolve any problems with reservations or other travel accommodations by communicating with all relevant parties.

Collaborate with team members to enhance client interaction methods and exceed team goals.

Remain current with industry changes.

Plan itineraries for the traveling groups and cater to their requests to ensure a pleasant experience.

Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to improve your knowledge of various destinations.

Utilize promotional tools to cultivate new travel groups.

Participate in conferences and team outings whenever possible.
