We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced locums gastroenterologist to join our medical team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, as well as performing endoscopic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders
Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies
Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them about their condition and treatment options
Qualifications:
Board certification in Gastroenterology
Active medical license in the state where the position is located
At least 3 years of experience as a gastroenterologist
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records
