Adams & Martin Group is Hiring a Remote Civil Litigation Paralegal
A local Civil Litigation Defense law firm, located in the Denver Tech Center, is hiring a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team! The Litigation Paralegal will drive cases forward and collaborate closely with the team and attorneys. This is a great opportunity to grow with a boutique law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of the litigation process from pre-litigation/inception through settlement/trial
- Intake, investigation, case management, file organization, written discovery, deposition coordination, and document production
- E-filing in state (CO) and federal courts
- Appellate court filing experience is a plus
- Filing pre-trial pleadings and motions in state and federal venues
- Calendaring, scheduling, and docket control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification
- Must have some personal injury experience
- Ordering medical records, communicating with medical experts, etc.
- Defense firm, but open to candidate coming from plaintiff side
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a litigation paralegal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, practice management/billing software, and Adobe
- Positive attitude & team player
- Superb written and verbal communication
Salary: $50-78k
