We Need Your Help Selling Our Products
We're a small business focused on creating various high-quality products. For example, we produce pocket knives, decorative signs, offroad camping trailers, and a unique industry tool called a heat treat press. We're very passionate about what we make, but sales and marketing aren't our strong suit.
From us:
- We're looking for someone results-oriented to manage our online marketing and drive sales across various channels.
- You'll have the freedom to develop and implement your own strategies, whether it's social media marketing, email campaigns, or something entirely new.
- We trust your expertise and won't micromanage your process.
- The key is to build strong relationships, become a product expert, and ultimately increase sales.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns
- Manage customer relationships through excellent communication
- Educate customers on features and benefits of our unique products
- Process customer orders and ensure a smooth buying experience
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to achieving sales goals (we'll collaborate on setting these)
The Ideal Candidate:
- Track record of success in sales and/or marketing (specific experience negotiable)
- A passion for high-quality products and a willingness to learn about ours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
Bonus:
- Experience with social media marketing and advertising platforms
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles
- Experience with graphic design or content creation
