Job Location: Remote - CST - Houston, TX
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00

Description

At Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, we are looking for incredibly bright, organized individual talent who work well in a fast-paced team environment and provide services to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's human resources department.

 Position Summary

The primary role of this position involves overseeing the thorough review and implementation of contracts within the human resources department. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking abilities and demonstrate exceptional efficiency and organizational skills. Collaboration with management, legal, and accounting teams is essential to ensure the highest standards of quality control are maintained.

Essential Functions: 

  • Review and become familiar with current operational workflows.
  • Manage all employment-related letters and contracts, from drafting to review and ensuring timely and accurate execution. Additionally, maintain and update all such documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact within the HR department for inquiries regarding employment contracts and letters.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department, as needed.
  • Assist with Employee and/or Department Audits
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous office experience relevant to administrative duties, contract management, or human resources.
  • Proficiency in DocuSign
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Capability to uphold confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in collaborating effectively with all members of the organization.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.
