Better Life Partners is Hiring a Remote Recovery Coach

Our team is seeking a Recovery Coach in New Hampshire to provide the social and emotional support that aids members in their recovery, while they receive other concurrent services at BLP.
What you will do:
  • Demonstrating and communicating the core values of Better Life Partners
  • Providing peer counseling to individual members and their families
  • Provide case management for members, ensuring proper communication with all involved in the recovery process
  • Facilitate group-based recovery coaching sessions, with or without a medical provider present
  • Attending community events and raising awareness of Better Life Partners in the community
You are a good fit if you have:
  • Completion of Recovery Coach training required
  • Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and independently
  • CRSW preferred
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptionally strong work ethic
  • Team player with an “all hands on deck” attitude, organized/able to multitask and train others

This is a hybrid position. At least 2 days weekly or one week per month, you’ll work from our shared workspaces in Manchester, NH. When not in the shared workspaces, you’ll work from home.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. The starting range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour.

Hybrid position requirements:

  • Must be in commutable distance to Manchester, New Hampshire.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel locally within the communities we serve.
  • Must have internet service with minimum upload/download ability.
  • The company will provide equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset) plus a remote work stipend.
  • Must have a quiet space to speak to members with minimal background noise.
  • Must understand the importance of protected health information and ensure any data/information is not visible to others
