Job Title : School Security Guard Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team at MLMPI prep academy .

The Security Guard will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors on campus.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid D and G security license and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence in security operations.

Responsibilities : Patrol the school campus on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized access, vandalism, and other security threats.

Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities or safety hazards. Enforce school policies and procedures related to visitor management, parking, and student conduct.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance from students, staff, or administrators. Conduct security screenings and bag checks as necessary to ensure compliance with school safety protocols.

Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed to address security concerns. Provide a visible presence and positive role model for students, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and responsibility.

Maintain accurate logs and reports documenting security incidents, observations, and actions taken. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, parents, and visitors.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions under stress. Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
