Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and following responsible serving practices
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of catering practices and ability to handle large groups or events
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and ingredients
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and maintain a positive attitude
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
