We are looking for an experienced Insurance Account manager to manage and grow our client relationships.

Compensation:

• The annual pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, this includes base pay and commissions.

Education, Training and Experience:

• BA / BS Degree preferred
• Strong interest and ability in obtaining your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will work directly with clients to understand their goals and determine how our company can help them achieve these goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging clients in discussions about different types of coverage
• Advocating for clients by asking the tough questions that can change their future
• Resolving client issues using our carrier resources
• Recommending suitable solutions to clients once licensed
• Working in a team-based environment focused on exceeding the expectations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team
• Participating in our merit-based performance culture where employees are empowered to take charge of their career
• Undertaking special projects as assigned

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
