Role Description

*Must have experience with Division 10 Building Code Specialties*

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at NOR-CAL SPECIALTIES, INC. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, and budgeting. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and efficient estimation of materials, labor, LEED and resources required for construction projects. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Division 10 Specialities
• Strong knowledge and experience in cost management, construction estimating, and project estimation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in construction software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
