Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer II , you will be responsible for installing various Pallet Rack assemblies, Shelving Assemblies, Pre-Fabricated Mezzanines, and other warehouse storage and safety systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, physical endurance and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Install warehouse storage systems and equipment according to specifications, maintain tool inventories and oversee aspects of each installation. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects by taking ownership of various aspects of each project. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions - Strong technical skills with the ability to follow direction and work efficiently within a team - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for installation - Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and systems - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Ability to follow instructions from the lead installer and work efficiently with a teammate to ensure accurate and professional installation
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any relevant certifications or training in installation work would be beneficial (OSHA, FORKLIFT, AERIAL LIFT, RIGGING)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
