Job Overview: We are seeking a Highly skilled Installer with leadership experience to join our team. As an Installer III / Lead Installer, you will be responsible for Leading a crew installing various Pallet Rack assemblies, Shelving Assemblies, Pre-Fabricated Mezzanines, and other warehouse storage and safety systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, elite customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, commitment to safety, elite team leadership skills, and advanced problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Lead a crew to Install warehouse storage systems and equipment according to specifications, Report crew hours and project progress to the Installation Manager, Interpret and implement blueprints, Communicate with customers and oversee all parts of each installation. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects by taking ownership and delegating various aspects of each project. Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions - Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate instructions and work efficiently within a team - Proficient in using software, email, installation tools and other equipment necessary for installation - Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and systems - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and work efficiently with team members to ensure accurate and professional installation
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any relevant certifications or training in installation work would be beneficial (OSHA, FORKLIFT, AERIAL LIFT, RIGGING)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
