Valet Attendant

Job Description

We are looking to hire a dependable, responsible, friendly valet attendant who loves helping people. You will provide excellent customer service at our property daily and during special events by greeting guests when they arrive, parking guest vehicles in the designated area, then retrieving the vehicles upon guest departure safely. You will keep track of valet tickets and oversee the parking garage. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record. The Valet Attendantreports directly to the Garage Supervisor and the Property Manager. All applicants will be subject to background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet shareholders, guests, and vendors

Parking and moving cars

Keeping the garage clean and tidy

Direct traffic in the garage as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking garage

Operate vehicles safely and responsibly

Ensuring that all valet tickets are properly time stamped when guests arrive and leave. Also, ensure that ticket has been paid for either at the front desk or with you in the garage.

Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment which may require working holidays, weekends, and nights (based on needs at site location)
Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Must be able to drive Manual Transmission.
