Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth parking operations and providing excellent customer service. Duties: - Greet customers and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas - Collect parking fees and provide accurate change - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Direct traffic efficiently to optimize parking space usage - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking lot - Communicate effectively with customers to provide assistance and information - Drive vehicles to designated parking spots as needed Skills: - Experience in valet parking is preferred - Proficient in cash handling and using cash registers - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for better customer service - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for patrons - Familiarity with dealership parking operations would be beneficial Join our team as a Parking Attendant and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in customer service, organization, and communication will be valued.
