3. Tenant Management: Finding and screening potential tenants for vacant properties.

4. Vendor Coordination: Dealing with local maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for property repairs and maintenance work.

5. Financial Management: Handling financial aspects such as insurance and tax payments for properties. This includes ensuring that insurance policies are up to date and adequate to cover potential risks, as well as managing tax obligations and payments to regulatory authorities.
