Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and secure new customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Communicate product knowledge and benefits to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Upsell products or services to maximize revenue opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field
- Experience in outbound or outside sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales support or sales management experience is a plus
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $50,167.24 - $70,760.55 per year
