Customer service / Sales Assistant

MEDALLION FURNITURE CORPORATION the leader in Outdoor Patio Furniture, is looking for a Customer Service- Sales assistant for our Manufacturing facility in Miami.

General duties below but not limited to:

· Answer all inbound calls.

· Help our clients answer questions about our products and order progress.

· Process quotes for our sales team.

· Enter orders for our production department.

· Print reports for management.

· Coordinate deliveries with our clients.

· General Office duties, scanning, filing, etc.

Qualifications:

· Strong professional communication skills in both English and Spanish

· Ability to multitask.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Team player

· At least 1 year of customer service experience

· Excellent punctuality and attendance record is a must.

Hours:

· Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (occasional overtime)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
