Overview:
Regional Sales Manager achieves sales volume and distribution objectives of the company and supplier by managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to make their standards of performance goals through proper planning, organization, training and execution
Duties:
Responsible for the execution of our on- and off-premise objectives with our distributor partners and the trade in an assigned territory to ensure successful delivery of sales objectives
Collaborates with management to identify and execute tools and strategies that will enable them to manage and lead a team of sales representatives in completing all required onboarding and training, executing their job responsibilities, identifying growth areas, developing their professional skills, and reaching personal and company goals
