A Business Enablement Manager plays an integral role in the success of any organization. With their support, businesses are able to function smoothly, projects are completed on time, and communication remains clear across departments. A Business Enablement Manager plans, coordinates and supports administrative functions of an organization.

• Perform day to day office management tasks and administrative support to include but limited to mail/packages, guest relations, office inventory, maintaining procedures and office management systems
• Process invoices and assisting with office budget
• Assist with job offers and onboarding process for potential new hires
• Organize onboarding week in Latham, NY
• Maintain communication between various departments between Germany and US
• Assist with payroll distribution
• Liaison with internal & external providers, ensuring optimized & localized contracts, using internal & external advice as required (e.g. service contracts, lease agreements, etc.)
• Organization of internal events
• Overseeing building projects/renovations/relocation
• Assist with project management to help plan said projects, ensure resources are in place and tracking the process to the finish line

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• The ability to work with people from all backgrounds

• Attention to detail but also the ability to see the bigger picture
