GENERAL 

  • Fulfil 6 Week Training requirement. 
  • Uphold and exemplify the expectation and standards of the Business in all actions and dealings within the Business and on behalf of the Business.
  • A Qdobee LLC. Team Lead is expected to hold themselves accountable, to be organised, with attention to detail and a commitment to bring out the best of themselves and those within the Team, to best support the Business and the Management Team. 
  • Demonstrate effective and concise communication with both Team Members and Senior Management. 
  • Adhere to and direct to meet all HR requirements of the governed and Company. 
  • Manage correspondence and feedback to facilitate timely communication between Team Members, Customers and Seniors Management. 
  • Filter and protect confidential communications from Senior Management and the Team, including Company confidential information.
  • Proficiently move towards set budgets and targets both individual, for the Team and for the Business.
  • Develop expert knowledge across all areas of the Business. 
  • Cross train across all stations of the Store, its processes and expectations of the Business.
  • Cope well under pressure and work methodically to improve the environment to promote solutions, proactively mitigating stresses, and errors.
  • Support and ensure the Business meets and adheres to all governed, lawful and health requirements and codes at all times. Including maintenance, reviews, and certificate parameters. 
  • Display, action and promote leadership skills, Team building interpersonal communications, decision making, People Development, Customer Service Skills, and Time Management. 
  • Develop, implement and assess performance metrics of the Business, as an individual and the Team where necessary and requested.
  • Understanding and application of Business and governed policies and expectations.
  • TEAM & SCHEDULING

  • Support Senior Management in effectively and efficiently coordinating Team Members, including but not limited to their assignment and training.
  • Dedication to meeting both individual KPIs and Budgets as well of those of the Team/s. 
  • Enhance collaboration and morale between Team Members. Responsible for bringing to the attention of and supporting the Assistant Manager in handling disputes and mediating the implementation of solutions. 
  • Assist and support Senior Management with reaching all goals of the Business.
  • Assist and support Team Members with reaching individual and Business goals. Including the daily operations of the Stores where necessary. 
  • Build, develop, support and maintain not just a Business but a Team, which promotes a comfortable and dedicated work environment.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in required meetings with Teams. And provide a platform for the expression of concerns or questions.
  • Support and ensure all Team Members meet an acceptable standard of cleanliness, dress, presentation, and attitude.
  • Support Senior Management and the Team in highlighting and addressing any concerns or questions that require resolution.
  • Train and supervise Team Members to meet the standards and expectations of the Business and Senior Management.
  • Ensure Team Members are well educated in regards to governed and certification expectations, alongside those of the Business and Senior Management. 
  • Address and resolve Customer Complaints, where necessary in conjunction with Senior Management.
  • Adhere to and support the Team in all Customer Service regulations and expectations of the governed, the Business and Senior Management.
  • Support the Team in fast-paced and pressurised environments within the Business.
  • Supervise and support the activities of Team Members across all requirements and expectations of the Business and Senior Management.
  • Adhere to, support and train Team Members in the relevant Customer Satisfaction and Product Quality expectations of the Business and Senior Management.
  • Supervise and support the smooth and effective operation of the Business and meeting of governed standards. 
  • Supervise, support, assign and direct Team Members where necessary to align with the expectations and standards of the Business and Senior Management.
  • Adhere to, supervise and manage the appropriate breaks of Team Members.
  • Monitor and ensure the proficiency of Customer served time, production of food and appropriate distribution of food in accordance with expectations of the governed, the Business and Senior Management.
  • Develop and support strategies for Team Members to use through which they can better reach and meet objectives and goals set by the Business and Senior Management.
  • Create and provide reviews and reports of Team Member contribution and performance where requested by Senior Management.
  • Exemplify leadership and guidance to Team Members. 
  • Adhere to and exemplify taking direction from Senior Management appropriately in line with the expectations of the Business.
  • OFFICE & STORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible use and management of Inventory, including restocking and distributing to always maintain adequate Stock levels and minimise wastages and/or losses. 
  • Deliver support to Team Members by proficiently handling a wide routine of procedures, company policies and performance standards. 
  • Support Senior Management where required and requested in Office and Store activities with precision and a proactive solutions-based approach.
  • Work in the Store alongside Team Members and with Customers where appropriate and necessary.
  • Adhere and support the implementation of ordering, receiving, and displaying of promotions, seasonal rotations, and sales events.
  • Ensure the Store meets an acceptable standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Support the Business and Team Members through Store remodels where and when necessary. 
  • Bring to attention and support Senior Management in maintenance and standards requirements of equipment and the Store.
  • ACCOUNTING 

  • Efficiently and correctly adhere and support Budgets and expenditures efforts within the requirements of the Business. 
  • Manage, solve, adhere and support expectations regarding Profit and Loss effective parameters.
  • Adhere to, supervise and manage cash management of Store register requirements.
  • Create Cash Accountability Reporting aligned with the requirements of the Business and Senior Management.
  • Adhere to the responsibility of safe/vault and or company monies whether on or off the premises in accordance with the expectations of the Business and Senior Management.
  • STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE

  • Recommend Business strategy and solutions to Senior Management, to improve overall operations, growth, and sustainability. 
  • Support and apply performance data to evaluate and improve operations, target current Business conditions and evolve the experience and standard of Team Members and for Customers.
  • Review individual and Team goal setting and accountability.
  • Support and meet increased Revenue, Budgets and Targets each Fiscal Year in relation to the Market and expectations of Senior Management.
  • UNIFORM 

  • Team Members will be neat and presentable at all times both within the Store and outside the Store when dressed in Qdoba issued uniforms. 
  • Appropriate shirts will be provided to each Staff Member. This position calls for the issue of a Qdoba Polo Shirt in Black.
  • Qdoba Visors and/or hats will be supplied as deemed necessary by Management. 
  • Qdoba Aprons will be provided should they be deemed necessary by Management.
  • Additional uniform requirements are to be provided by each Team Member. 
  • Appropriate uniform; 
  • Neat Jeans 
  • Enclosed Footwear of either the Sneaker, Work Shoe or Dress Shoe variety will be accepted depending on the held position of each Team Member.
