Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Spaulding Decon. The Salesperson will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including prospecting and generating new leads, qualifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role is primarily located in Lafayette, LA, but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications:

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to prospect and generate leads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Experience in the restoration or cleaning industry is a plus
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

This position is commission-based only, with the possibility of growth with the success of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,401.00 - $74,884.00 per year

• Commission only
• Uncapped commission
