About Dr. Garcia
Dr. Garcia owns Braces by Garcia with locations in Temecula, Menifee, and now Orange, CA. He approaches orthodontics with a passion and a commitment to excellence, while remembering to have some fun along the way. Dr. Garcia and his wife, Tanya, have lived in Temecula for over 10 years with their three sons: Victor, Roberto and Alessandro.
Dr. Garcia earned his undergraduate degree from Bethany College, where he was recruited to play tennis and became an NAIA Academic All-American. He received a DDS degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry and also completed a General Practice Residency at Indiana University Hospital. He was then accepted into the highly competitive Orthodontia Post-Doctoral program at Saint Louis University. During his 30-month residency, Dr. Garcia was elected class president and earned both his Orthodontic specialty certification and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree.
Dr. Garcia is a second generation orthodontist and comes from a family of physicians and dentist. He belongs to several dental professional organizations and multi-disciplinary study clubs and has twice been the president of the San Diego Academy of Orthodontics. Dr. Garcia is one of the premier providers of Invisalign in the county and even received the award for the best class II Invisalign case in North America at the 2014 Invisalign Summit. He is on the Progressive Orthodontist Magazine Advisory Board, has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics, attends continuing education courses throughout the year and intends to continue to maintain the practice at the cutting edge of orthodontic technology while keeping the best interest of his patients.
