Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team of 3 restaurants. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of employees. This position is for a new opening pizzeria, candidates with new restaurant opening experience will be strongly considered.

Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage and train staff members, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and banquets
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in making pizza, including making fresh dough, is preferred.

- Previous experience in hospitality/customer service management is required (2 )
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards (local health and TABC permits required for employment, Serve safe manager training provided after hiring)
- Experience in interviewing and hiring employees
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
