Job Overview:
The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading therapeutic group sessions within the Outpatient Program program. They will work closely with individuals who have both substance use and mental health disorders, providing guidance, support, and education to facilitate recovery and wellness. The Group Facilitator will implement evidence-based practices and collaborate with the clinical team to create a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth. Hours for the position are as follows: Full time, Monday through Thursday 10am-8:30pm, 30 minute break, three day weekend, no Fridays! Will conduct morning IOP and evening IOP groups as well as some PHP groups throughout the week.

Work Environment: The Group Facilitator will work in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. The work will involve evening hours to accommodate client schedules. The Group Facilitator will report to the Clinical Supervisor or Executive Director and will have opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
