Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects through business development activities.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Close sales using negotiation skills and meet revenue targets.
• Identify customer and sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
• Track sales activities and manage customer relationships using technology tools and software.
• Conduct site inspections on client homes in order to create accurate proposals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Must be trainable and coachable with a drive to succeed
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Sales experience heavily preferred, but not required
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.

Pay: $75,911.00 - $205,404.00 per year
