YOUR NEW ROLE
You will work a schedule of Mondays, 8:30 am - 6 pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7:00 am - 4 pm; and Fridays, 7:00 am - 1pm, with a 1 hour lunch Monday - Thursday .
In this role, you will have the vital responsibility of discussing finances and insurance information with our patients. By thoroughly explaining the financial aspects of their treatment plans, you will help them make informed decisions about their dental care. Additionally, you will play a key role in scheduling appointments and providing top-notch, 5-star service to our patients. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and well-cared for.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of dental office or treatment planning experience
