El cajero(a) es responsable de procesar todas las transacciones de manera precisa y eficiente de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos. Desempeñarán un papel fundamental para lograr los objetivos de satisfacción del cliente y crecimiento de los ingresos.

Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales

Requisitos:

• Bilingüe en inglés y español (de preferencia)
• Certificado TABC

Servicio al Cliente:

• Saludar a los clientes cuando ingresan al establecimiento
• Consulte con los clientes para asegurarse de que estén satisfechos
• Identificar y resolver cualquier problema que los clientes puedan enfrentar durante el servicio.

Preparación:

• Prepare la estación para que esté lista
• Entradas
• Balance del sistema POS
• Escáneres de tickets

Ventas:

• Procesar transacciones usando el sistema POS
• Gestionar transacciones en efectivo y con tarjeta de crédito con los clientes
• Emitir recibos, reembolsos, cambios o tickets
• Atención a los detalles y habilidades matemáticas
• Balance de recibos de efectivo

**Este puesto requiere la disponibilidad de trabajar los fines de semana por la noche.

Accountable cashier to processes all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. They will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish (Preferably)
• TABC Certified

Customer Service

• Greet patrons as they enter an establishment
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and resolve any issues that customers may face during service

Preparation

• Prepare station for readiness
• Tickets
• Balance POS system
• Ticket Scanners

Sales

• Process transactions using the POS system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with customers
• Issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Balance cash receipts

**This position requires availability to work weekend nights.
