Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all food truck patrons
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to follow proper sanitation procedures
- Passion for the restaurant or culinary industry is desirable

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
