We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at PRIME 54. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders, in delivering exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff
- Manage and control costs, labor and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to any issues or concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front of the House Manager in a high-volume, restaurant environment, preferably in a steakhouse or fine dining establishment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
